Not working

Two stars and here is the reason why. Got my earbuds and the left one dies not work, I contacted JBL and tech gave direction on what to do to made them with no luck. Earbuds were return and I am waiting for a respond from JBL. As soon as I get them back I will write a review.

Not what I expected. Good quality materials, tho.

They did feel good at the beginning, but they do come off frequently, and the worst part is that at the moment I'm getting a replacement, because they were reconnecting over and over when they were off and inside their charging case. While wearing them, and using the phone, I did also have inconveniences every 1 to 3 minutes, where there would be a pop up notification displaying the charge in each bud and the case.
The quality feels great at first, but the output (volume) did leave me wishing for more, and noise insulation is not that great (I walk a lot in the city).
I really hope the replacement changes my perspective, but if everything's good it'd go up to average, and if everything's perfect, it'd be good.
I would not rate this product as excellent given the hassle I've been through so far.

Great ear buds

So I’ve had these about a month now, and they have performed well. The noise cancelling is pretty good. I’ve still got some test to put them through but I’m happy so far

Very good noise canceling

I bought these a month ago and overall I’m happy with them. The noise canceling works very well and they sound great. I wish you could adjust the volume on them as it’s annoying to do on my Apple Watch

Great sound

I bought these because I received a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by the great sound. Much better than my Apple earbuds, and they stay in my ears at the gym much better.

The bass quality is not as good as other JBL products I own, and the charging box is weird - whenever I put the earphones in the box, they still stay connected to my phone. So they don't go in properly and I always have to double check whether I got them to charge or not. Usually, there is a magnet or something that "pulls" the earphones in the right position without having to work for it.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS is supported by our JBL Headphones App where you can adjust the sound of your earbuds using the equalizer. Your earbuds may not be connected properly with the charging case, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
