Exceptional Sound and Build Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of thought is put into designing these pair of earphones. The size is perfectly apt and fits every ear. They seem light but never fall out of the ear, which makes them perfect for workouts. The bass quality is JBL’s trademark. Of all this awesomeness, the App connectivity only makes our experience even more better. There are many controls to play with, in the app. Overall a fantastic piece of earphones for everyday use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not bad but ears hurt after a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off shipping was really delayed so sorry for delay in review. I liked the idea of multiple ear pieces however for me the largest ones kept is sexily in my ear. The smaller ones did not produce snug fit. The large ear keeper began to hurt my ear after about 15 minutes or so which was surprising because it felt soft to the touch
Sound is superb. Did not verify mic tho due to the pain in my ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clear crisp sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m listening to the new JBL Reflect Aero wireless waterproof earbuds now! I’m in love with everything about them. I got the new mint color and everyone has complimented them. No one has seen the mint color from JBL. The beautiful sleek look is just a bonus! Charging and setup is nothing. They automatically connect via Bluetooth. All you have to do is charge them and put them on, got to your Bluetooth settings and they should be there. Click “JBL REFLECT AERO” and you’re good to go. The sound is so clear, crisp, loud and perfect. They also have noise cancelling and you can take phone calls through them. These are my favorite earbuds that I’ve ever had, seen or even heard. I’ve tested a lot in the stores, too. They fit so good in my ears I forget they are even there. They come with different sizes for the part that goes inside your ear. They also come with different size rubber pieces that wrap around the earbuds and help hold in your ear comfortably. I love the charging light on the case. I love the cute mint case. I love the little strap that connects to the charging case because it fits perfectly around your wrist so you don’t drop it. I have been outside using my JBL earbuds all day. Playing in the water hose, sweating, working doing landscaping, and more play. My JBL earbuds stayed in all day and the water did them no harm at all. I love anything waterproof because I’m always in the water if I’m outside for anything. I also fall asleep with one in my ear every night. My last ones, one earbud would not work without the other, so it was a problem. My JBL reflect aero work with both, of course and one or the other if I only want to use one. I’ve fallen asleep with one every night for a more then a week and they are perfect. I always highly recommended JBL anyways because JBL is always amazing in every way.

Very disappointed - these fall out very easily

I just tried out my new JBL Reflect Aero TWS headphones today. I am replacing a set of Apple Airpods Pro that I have been very happy with, but that don't have a long enough battery life to survive a full marathon. From the product specifications, the JBL Reflect Aeros should have a longer battery life. I went through all of the set up and found the attachments that provided the best fit and sound quality for me. When I tried them out on a short 4 mile run today, I was very disappointed. The advertised secure fit is anything but. Even with the attachments that best fit my ears, the headphones fell out almost immediately. I basically had to push them back into my ear canal as far as they would go every few minutes so as not to lose them. I also found that the sound quality was significantly poorer than my airpods pro. I'm going to see if I can find any accessories to provide a more secure fit and give these another try. If that doesn't work, I guess I will just buy a second set of Airpods and swap them out when the batteries get low.

Bought these two weeks ago for a trip. They constantly keep falling out. I have tried the different tips and no change. Really disappointed. I have had really good luck with JBL in the past. I have never had a pair of ear buds before and this was my biggest fear about buying a set. The noise cancellation worked really good on the plane when they would stay in. Sound was good too. I should have bought the over the ear style.

Garbage

Garbage, does not work at all with my pixel. Half the time the right bud kick off have to return. But that process is crap too.

many issues for me

hi,
right side is constantly making a loud noise when i touch and adjust it.
sound level is low even after trying to re-fit to ear.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Reflect Aero. source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
