Didn't meet my expectations.

The item didn't meet my expectations. It came very short on 2 points: 1) fit: very big size and even with the provided different adjustable tips, it didn't help. Consequently, the item couldn't stay secure in my ears and also was causing great discomfort when in place.
2) encountered 2 different functional issues with 2 different sets.

Thank you for your feedback, if you're having an issue with the fitment, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Won’t charge correctly

I bought less than a month ago and I can’t get the left earbud to charge. I have attempted to exchange however there is no option for that.

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Aero TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Bought them about 3 weeks ago and the bass/treble are great. Answering calls are great as well. As for comfort , no complaints. When outside and windy it’s not recommended to wear them.

Pops out of my ears

Thanks for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To avoid audio dropouts, please make sure that your device and speaker are within the Bluetooth range of 10M. Also, don’t stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. You may enable advance controls by connecting your JBL Reflect Aero TWS to our JBL Headphones App to avoid call dropouts when you touch the earbuds. Need App for optimal performance

Good quality build and sound, but must use App to properly seat into ear for maximum performance. Price on sale is worth the purchase. Stays in place while working out and tap button response is excellent. ANC is not as effective as anticipated.

Bad quality

There is no bass at all. The sound is terrible. Would not buy again.

We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. If it is always lacking bass, regardless of the source or song. Try the following steps in order to determine the problem. 1. If using an EQ, try turning it off to see if it fixes the problem. 2. If not using an EQ, try turning it on and boosting the bass a little bit. 3. To determine if the problem is in the source device, try connecting the earbuds to a different device (phone/tablet/music player/etc.). As a last resort, please try resetting the earbuds. 1. With both earbuds On and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. 2. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. For further assistance, contact us.
