Good sound but not for small ears.

They have good sound but the base is large and they make my ears sore

I recently bought these as my first pair of earbuds. Jury's still out; having trouble fine-tuning the size. Finding them difficult to retain in my ears, they feel.. awkward.

Great sound. Two big problems

These earbuds sound great, but I have 2 issues. 1. They hurt my ears and I've tried many positions and different size "inserts". they either won't stay in or they just hurt after an hour of wear. this did not happen with my last earbuds and I guess that wouldn't effect everyone. Wish I would have tried. I think I should return. 2- No matter what I do, they are off-sin with my Apple TV+. updated all software, etc; but nothing helps. These buds are just a little behind the video track. this does not happen with any other bluetooth earbud or speaker I have hooked up to the Apple TV. not sure what is happening here, but something is wrong and just a bit annoying.

We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Aero TWS. It is designed to be used for connecting with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for streaming audio/music. You may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it with video content since these headphones don't have an aptX HD low-latency codec. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Reflect Aero TWS, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact us.

Purchased these one the recommendation of The Wirecutter (NYT) and couldn't be happier! The noice-canceling feature is AMAZING for airplanes and other environments with loads of background noise.
