Had for about month and work great. Dislike was in setup where with all earpieces, it said did not fit and wouldn't move on. Don't know what to say when everything has been tried that came with them and none "fit". Chose the ones that felt the best to me and moved on.

Sound quality is good. However they do not stay in my ear and the noise canceling does not do anything.

To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you may try the three sizes of ear tips and powerfins enhancers that come with our JBL Reflect Aero TWS to know which best fits your ear. Next, create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Grey found/poor controls

Solid sound! Like having customizable equalizer in the app.
Swipe functions on earbuds needs to be rethought. The swipe up/down for volume control does not work 95% of the time. It gets recognized as pause/play. I only will use them when i know i do not need to adjust the volume.
Glad i got them on a significant sale or they would have been returned!

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS does not have volume controls on the earbuds. You can use the controls to answer or end calls, mute or unmute the microphone, play/pause music, skip tracks, activate voice assistants like Bixby or Siri, switch between ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), Ambient Aware, and TalkThru modes. Bought these earbuds a couple of weeks ago on sale and LOVE them. They are comfortable (they come with 3 sizes of fittings) and the sound is great. Also love the noise canceling feature!
