First, you may want to adjust the EQ to boost the bass a little bit while listening to that album. You can utilize the JBL Headphones app to personalize the bass or the EQ settings to your preference. Additionally, you might want to check with the service or app to improve the sonic quality if it happens when you use a specific streaming service or app.

Next, try reducing the low-frequency settings in the EQ to find a happy medium so that a typical recording doesn't lose too much bass, but recordings with extreme bass are less excessive. You may also try connecting the earbuds to a different device (phone/tablet/music player/etc.).

Last is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Next, create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear.
