[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this vacuum but it was a disappointment. We have mostly hard wood floors and the suction of the vacuum doesn't pick up even th smallest dirt. The pet hair get clogged under the tangle fre brush. The cord is also shorter then any vacuum i have owned before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was disappointed with the suction on tile floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner seems to work fine on carpet, but the suction on bare floors is pretty bad. it will suck if the hose hole area is right over the dirt. Otherwise it doesn't seem to work. to see if there was an issue, I took the filters out and washed them, even though I barely used the vacuum. Also checked on-line for solutions. It didn't seem to really help. I'm sort of disappointed with the suction on bare floors. I guess I'll have to use my Shark stick cleaner for bare floor if I want them cleaned. I would NOT recommend this cleaner to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the vacuum maneuvers and it has performed extremely well on my carpets and stamped concrete floors. Taking it apart and cleaning the filters is a breeze. The filtration system works well and no more dust clouds when turning it on like my old Bissell. I would have given it 5 stars if the electric cord were longer. It's a hassle having to unplug a few times to finish the job. (The older Bissell's I owned had longer cords.) In my opinion that's not the place to save on costs. Today I checked the website to see if replacement brushes are available (not the whole assembly, only the brush). The only one that shows does not look like the original one it comes with. Can anyone from Bissell comment on this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this vacuum! After struggling so long with a different brand, I finally gave this a try. The suction actually sucks! Little things make this vacuum great for pet hair-like the diameter of the hole that leads to the collection bin...big enough the hair does NOT get clumped up and stuck! I love the lift off feature, makes stairs a breeze! The hose is designed in a way that allows you to use it easily without bending/kinking the hose....the only thing I don't like is the cord could stand to be a little longer, but the rest of the vacuum more than makes up for it! #sweepstakes
