[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can adjust it to the level of your carpet. The suction is good, sucks up lots of cat hair. Also nice that hair doesn't get wrapped around the roller. I like this vacuum cleaner better than the Dyson I used to have.

I was thrilled to try the Bissell Multi-clean Allergen Lift-Off Pet vacuum thanks to the Stellar Product Testing panel. I have two dogs, two kids and a working-at-home husband (thanks COVID) so our house is always in need of frequent vacuuming. This vacuum was so simple to use; easily assembled right out of the box and easy to use attachments without much need for an instruction manual. The suction power was AMAZING! Our dogs inevitably live on the couches and this vacuum did a great job lifting off the pet hair from the fabric. I was even more thrilled at how well this vacuum cleaned the carpets and plush rugs in our homes - even after I'd already used our other vacuum on them! The maneuverability was also top notch and felt I could easily glide between rooms and across multiple types of surfaces without any snags. The canister was simple to remove and empty and I loved how everything was contained inside the HEPA allergen system. The tangle-free brush roll seemed to have no trouble with my long hair or the massive amounts of dog hair it consumed. The suction power and ease of use, this vacuum would give it a 5 stars rating, but I demoted one star for the following: - I thought the lift-off top canister was nice, but really did not make vacuuming stairs any easier for me as we have a single narrow staircase (no turns). I ended up having to have the whole vacuum unit on half the staircase anyway. - I was also disappointed in the other types of attachments that came with the vacuum and would have preferred a more wide-based/flat head for stairs. - I really appreciate retractable cords which this vacuum does not have. I am not a fan of having to wind the cord up and deal with that. I will say the cord length in general was great and spanned multiple rooms. I was really quite pleased with this vacuum and have enjoyed using it multiple times (and will continue to tackle our fur-ridden house with it!).

We received this powerful little gem as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and everyone in the family wanted to use the vacuum! We began our review after a long day of farm chores, chasing dirty kids, pets and other farm creatures on a dusty and hot day. We immediately noticed how quiet and powerful this vacuum. This machine did an amazing job of eliminating worn in pet hair, sand and other daily messes from our heavily trafficked hard surfaced floors, rugs, carpets and stairs. The vacuum is super easy to maneuver. The sealed HEPA allergen system does a great job of holding on to dust, sand, grass and other loose materials. The tangle free brush works well on stairs, tight areas and corners of the room. Really liked the Combination Crevice Tool Dusting Brush for trim molding. Our favorite feature is the 1 touch removable handle to take up the stairs or vacuum hard to reach areas and that it is so easy to use - our kids enjoying vacuuming too! Our only downside is we wish it had a longer cord to reach more rooms and space without having to seek another plug. Great vacuum, light weight and very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying Bissel over other brands for past couple of times; they really handle pet dander and allergans great; The newest model I have is the 2998; I love that it has a light and swivel head on it; and a lift out for steps and using the want to sweep off the walls and blinds . We have a wood burner also and the gentle dust is picked up so nicely; in the sun i don't see dust particles in my house anymore. I highly recommend the 2998 model.
