Great to have a pet hair vacuum that sucks hair in instead of leaving on brush rollers. Would have liked a little more suction but that wasn't purpose of getting .

It swivels, it lays nearly flat, the pathway is lit (brightly), the base is not too wide nor too narrow, the attachments are easy to use, the turbo brush works fantastically, and the cannister lifts off for easier stair cleaning. Finally, a product I love to use, and I've owned many vacuums in my lifetime.

Order was quick to deliver and by ordering direct they keep machine information for warranty automatically, and I feel like they have a vested interest in the quality of the item should something go wrong vs a third party vendor. The item itself performs beautifully and really picks up the pet hair and the furniture attachment is amazing. The only reason, I did not give this item a 5 star is because of some limitation on going under larger, coffee tables. Otherwise exceptional cleaning and bringing new life to carpet by lifting the fibers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell never replied to my online incident #211112-003414 wherein I questioned whether they had a universal wand attachment for vacuuming under beds and furniture. It appears that the designers of their products never do a full house cleaning. This would be a perfect machine if they made other attachments than just the two that comes with it.

Purchased this to replace my 15-year old Dyson - was unsure about it since Dyson's claim to fame is "the vacuum that never looses suction"....well guess what.....this has much better suction than my Dyson EVER did, even when it was brand new! Only thing I wish it had was an extension for the hose for reaching high places (i.e. corners of ceilings) - I'm 5'2" & can't reach the corners of the ceilings with the hose like I could with my Dyson.
