We purchased a multi clean allergen lift off really cool Bissell because it's totally tangled free. It's the best vacuum we've ever had. I would highly recommend. 5 out of 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great for all areas. Vacuum the large areas with the main vacuum and then grab corners and tight areas by attaching the small nozzle to the end of the hose. It is bagless so it is very easy to empty. Just pop the canister off and dump the contents in the trash. The roller does end up getting hair wrapped around it even though it is "tangle free", but luckily the engineers actually designed it so that you can get your fingers (or a tool) under the strands of hair wrapped around the brush. I am mostly just pulling out long hairs from my girlfriend (no pets yet). The one thing I wish was a bit better about this vacuum is the length of the flexible hose. I find it just a bit too short/not stretchy enough for my liking, especially when I am trying to get corners vacuumed under our desks. The bristles on the small nozzle attachment are also wearing faster than I would have expected or liked, but if they really get bad I suppose I can buy a replacement tip for ~$5-$6. Overall, this vacuum meets all of my expectations and I am quite happy with my purchase. I will update this review if necessary.

Next unit we purchase will have to have longer cord

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good suction, really like the low level lights, really shows the dirt especially on noncarpet floors. Not happy with having to bend over to use switches, not happy that cord is short....one loses 3 foot as it goes up the handle. And even so it should be longer. Upper level cord keeper does not hold elect cord well...lower one does. Dirt collector container has excessive dirt dust behind it when removed, meaning it leaks and unit does not seal well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
