[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate this vacuum! The wheelbase is so narrow that the vacuum constantly falls over when I'm using the wand. The 2 in 1 brush & crevice tool is absolutely useless. The button that is supposed to lock the brush up on the crevice tool does not hold the brush out and I will end up scratching something while using it because the brush does not stay up. The cord comes from the bottom, so I have to constantly pick it up to move the and not vacuum over it. Yes, there is a cord clip to hold the clip, but you cannot use that if going between the wand and the entire vacuum. And the swivel is horrible to control especially having had past wrist issues. The only good things on it are the light and sound of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this vacuum

Just got it today. I had the old lift off. It was heavy and tough to use. This is the exact opposite. It moves easily, the lights are great and light weight for the stairs. I would highly recommend this!

Good vacuum, impressive suction!

I have two young children, two cats, and a dog so I need to vacuum often. This vacuum was great at picking up pet hair and dirt. I had vacuumed my carpets shortly before receiving this vacuum and I was surprised at how much hair and dust I was still able to get out of my carpets, despite them looking clean. The vacuum is easy to assemble out of the box and easy to maneuver and steer. It is a bit heavier than some others I've owned, but still relatively lightweight. Also, the cord seems to be shorter than other vacuums I've used. I liked the lift-off feature for maneuvering quickly around the edges of rooms. I have fairly long hair and noticed that the tangle-free brush roll still gets long hairs wrapped around it. I like that the vacuum can easily transition from carpet to hard floors. I also really like that both of the specialty tools are stored on the vacuum so there is no more misplacing them in the back of a closet! The Pet TurboEraser Tool works well on furniture, but it didn't work well when I used it with the wand attachment. I would have preferred to have an additional tool with stiff bristles. The vacuum is easy to empty. I appreciate the SmartSeal Allergen System to help keep the air in my home clean. Overall, this is a great vacuum! I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use mainly on carpet Picks up dog hair pretty well and is easy to use. Only suggestion I would have is bow; could be bigger. Dog hair fills up to filter quickly so has to be emptied often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I have to say is WOW!! We have 2 dogs with short hair and endless shedding. The multi clean does not disappoint! I used to have a dyson. We are super happy with how much hair this vacuum picks up, it's quite amazing. We were worried about such a powerful vacuum pulling up and ruining our low pile carpet, but so far everything is intact. It even works great on hard wood floors. It's light and easy to maneuver, it swivels easily to get corners better than my Dyson ever did. Only negative is the cord is too short, if it weren't for this, this vacuum would be perfect.
