My Carpets Have Never Been Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying I only gave 4 stars because its not great on hardwood floors. Having said that, I have owned Oreck and Rainbow vacuums that didn't pull dirt and hair from a carpet the way this vacuum does! And its not nearly as heavy! There are 4 girls in my home with longer hair and as well as 2 German Shepherds and a Mastiff. Such a difference in using this vacuum for a week!! Not sneezing as much and it just feels cleaner! As advertised, it is great on the stairs. I also used it in my truck. I wish it was a little more flexible to get into the crevices and make the hose could be a bit longer. I do love how easy it is to empty as well. I will be purchasing another for our vacation home!

Great vacuum for an Australian Shepard's hair! Regular vacuum not only did not get the hair up but it also got clogged repeatedly with every use. The Bissell Pet vacuum gets the job done effectively and easily - with NO hair clogging! Excellent choice!!!

My previous vacuum never would pick up the dog very well and would vacuum a small area for 20 minutes. This vacuum did it like a charm and was absolutely shocked what it picked up.
