The different carpet height settings work great and when I life up the rollers for hard surface vacuuming, it picks everything up. We love the lift-off technology, makes vacuuming the steps a breeze. Emptying the canister is a walk in the park. But what I really love is the fact that you can switch into different cleaning modes quickly and easily. Everything is right at your finger tips. You have hit a home run with this product. It took a little time to get used to the swiveling. We noticed that while we are vacuuming we have to move our bodies less. It's really cool. Great job Bissell!!

This works extremely well. It has removed so much litter from my carpet that I didn't even know was in there! The only downside is the attachable dusting brush takes a few times of religion to remove the hair. Overall I would recommend this product.

So far I have used this vacuum on our carpet bedrooms, linoleum living, the couch, and the stairs. Our last vacuum we had for many years and it just was not doing a good job any more at all. One run through with this vacuum in the bedroom alone and the entire chamber was filled with hair, dust, and everything else the old vacuum had been missing for a while. I love the lift off function. It made doing my carpet stairs so much easier than anything I have tried so far. They also filled the chamber after one sweep. The lift off brush did get some hair wrapped on it but the main base brush did not so far and I have very long thick hair and both did better than I had expected. My carpets literally look less matted, fluffier, and cleaner after using this vacuum.

Loved It Until...less than one year later no power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this last July after deciding the old vacuum was just too old. I have loved this vacuum- it has the lights for seeing corners and under shelves, it swivels nicely, and it does its job well. Until it didn't. Less than a year later, it has stopped turning on. The first time was 3 months ago. I took it to a repair center and when they plugged it in, it worked. So I took it back home and it worked again until today. It's hard to keep tidy with unreliable equipment. I'm super disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best vacuum we ever owned. We have German Shepherd Dogs (one with a.long coat) and unlike other vacuums, the hair dosen't clog the rotating brush. Plus there is sufficient power to pick up everything our dogs track in. I can go from upright to canister in 10 seconds to get the hard to reach areas.
