I love the vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this gets the pet fuzz off the carpet. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats along with 5 people in the house. I saw that this was tangle free vacuum but, it is far from that. I have to pull my hair and my 2 girls hair from the brush everytime I get done. It is so frustrating that it is not tangle free like it says.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roller motor stopped working on first use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roller stopped moving on first use on regular rug. Very hard on to push on low pile rug. Taking it back. Separate roller tool kept getting clogged. Pod heavy.

I was going to return this because it was so hard to push around. I made the mistake of using it again and am sold. So I build muscle. It picked up tons of car hair (she passed over a year ago) even though I vacuum often -- with a much more expensive vacuum. This is a very thick carpet. I got busy with it and it does everything so simply. I just take my time now and do the house in stages. Worth every dime.

The multi-clean seems to do a good job of getting stuff out of the carpet. It is light and easy to maneuver. Also being able to remove the canister and vacuum really helps on the stairs.

The all-in-one Vacuum for Everyday Needs!

This vacuum cleaner has everything you need and more. I have a kid who is allergic to dust mites and I also have two dogs. I have carpet, wood floor and tile in my home. This vacuum is fantastic at sucking up all the dirt and dust mites and pet hair off the floor. Out of the box it was super easy to assemble. It took about a minute to put the vacuum together and there are detailed pictures in the manual to get you through the process if you're having a hard time. First time using the vacuum was a bit weird because I'm used to the traditional vacuum cleaner where the handle only tilts back a bit and in only one direction. Now that I've gotten used to the vacuum I LOVE that the handle moves smoothly in all direction - sideways, backwards and it's so neat to have the handle tilt back almost to the ground. I don't have to move chairs and tables out of the way to vacuum underneath them. This feature is fantastic in my opinion! My daughter has pink fluffy carpet in her room and I had no trouble sucking up all the dirt and dust off of it. I've used the vacuum on my wood floor and tile and have had no problem with it scratching up the floor or leaving scuff marks. Another feature of this vacuum that I really liked was that it lights up! The light is bright enough that I can see where I'm vacuuming and whether or not the spot I cleaned up is actually clean. The best feature of this vacuum in my opinion is the ability to take the pod off and carry it around so that I can vacuum the wall and if I wanted to - the ceiling. I'm small and weak so the pod is slightly heavy for me but it's nice that the stretch hose is very stretchy and allows me to reach the corners of the wall where we sometimes get spider webs. Overall this vacuum is fantastic! My house is cleaner, my son is sneezing less and I was able to replace two of my cleaners. Thank you so much Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this vacuum!
