[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use twice a week and this vacuum really removes the hair and dirt. I have a 110# German Shepard, cocker spaniel and four cat that run in and out all day. I am impressed with this product how well it lifts and cleans the carpet and, how much lighter it is then my old kenmore. I would have given 5 stars but, I don't want Bissell to stop improving there product. The only negative I have is the cord is to short for my home.

The vacuum is great. It gets everything up and easy to maneuver. I love that I can detach so I can easily move around for stairs and higher areas. My only wish is that there was a lever for when I slant the vacuum instead of having to use my feet to get the angle I need. I'm glad I received this vacuum free to review as part of the stellar testing panel

Previous vacuum was very expensive and the Bissell so far is is leaving it in it's dust....no pun intended. Super easy to assemble and everything is clearly marked on the vacuum itself. Hope the auction holds up because so for this is a big winner.
