Our last sweeper broke before we got our dog, and now our world is covered in pet hair and stuffy fuzz. The process of cleaning that carpet with this vacuum was so satisfying and I was so impressed by how much it was picking up with every sweep. It moves so easily, and snapped together in minutes. Excellent product and I look forward to each time I get to use it now!

I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a dog, two cats, and two small children so I have to vacuum 1-2 times a day. My hardwood floors always feel like they are dirty! Using this vacuum has helped tremendously especially because the front lights up, it helps you see everything on your floors... I never knew how much debris was on my floor that I was missing! I love how the attachments have their own home on the actual vacuum, I used to lose the attachments on my previous vacuum because I would forget where I put them. I love the turbo- pet eraser roller attachment - it is like magic- I am able to clean the pet hair off my couches easier than ever. The turbo-roller attachment combined with the Lift-off feature helps me clean my stairs effortlessly! I cannot believe how simple the canister is removed from the base to allow lightweight cleaning capability! I can vacuum the corners on my ceiling in a snap, something I could never do before. The canister is easily removed to empty a well! This vacuum is great, I have had many vacuums in the past and this one is superior. Every feature is well executed and makes cleaning less of a hassle. I am extremely satisfied with this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me say that I love that Bissell is such a pet-friendly company. I only wish that their pet vacuums worked more like the higher-end pet vacuums. I have one dog, a labrador retriever; shedding is moderate to high. I purchased the Bissell MultiClean Allergen Lift-Off Pet vac recently when my 10 year old Dyson DC17 Animal died. I did do some research but needed a vacuum quickly, and the MultiClean Allergen Lift-Off Pet vac got good reviews so I thought that I would try it as the price point wasn't terribly prohibitive. Now, I wasn't expecting the MultiClean Allergen to be just as effective as the Dyson but I must admit that I am disappointed at just how much LESS effective the cleaning is from the DC17 Animal. On a positive note, the Bissell vac is relatively lightweight, easy to operate, and moderately quiet. Carpet pickup on low pile is decent, although not quite as good as I had expected. However, the ability to clean the edges of large area rugs is terrible (actually leaves more hair than it picks up!) and bare floor cleaning is only so-so (I spend too much time using the wand to pick up pet hair on bare flooring). Edge cleaning capability along baseboards, area rugs or low furniture is almost non-existent, again requiring the wand for pick up. Does the Bissell MultiClean Allergen Lift-off vacuum pick up pet hair and other debris? Yes, but it just doesn't live up to my needs or expectations for a pet hair removal vacuum. My recommendation would be to invest in a higher-end vac for pet hair removal if you have animals that shed heavily. This Bissell cleaner will work well for those people who don't have pets or kids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our carpets and floors have especially taken quite a beating with our staying at home more, due to the recent pandemic. We were so excited to try out the Bissell Multi-clean Lift-Off Pet vacuum, that was given to us as part of the stellar product testing panel. The vacuum literally took ten minutes to put together from the box and we put it to work right away. We have since vacuumed all the floors, chairs and high surfaces of our home and would highly recommend this Bissell vacuum. It picks up dirt, hair, dust and any food particles easily in a short amount of time. It is light weight and easy to use. My husband and I especially love it's lift off feature that enables one to literally vacuum any surface and also makes the vacuum super lightweight. Vacuuming our cars in the garage has become fast and hardly a chore due to the lift-off feature of the vacuum. The led lights are an added bonus that enables one to see and vacuum any nook and cranny. The Bissell vacuum has a tangle free brush roll that works so well and doesn't get any hair or carpet fibers that one has to clean out later; it really is a thing to see and experience. The sealed HEPA allergen system is very effective and a great bonus to an amazing product that every family is sure to enjoy. Our family is really enjoying the Bissell vacuum and we would highly recommend it to anyone for a cleaner and safer home. We don't have anything negative about this product at this time.
