The Bissell lift off pet hair vaccuum is everything and more. The Stellar Panel sent me one to test, and it wasn't in my house five minutes before I was running it. The vacuum itself was simple to put together, no tools, and I was able to run it right away. The cord is nice and long; I didn't have to unplug and move it at all to do my living room and hallway. I lovr thr light on the head of the vaccuum. It helped me see little legos and stuff I didn't want to suck up. The head is also narrow enough to fit under the front part of my couch and my bed, which was nice. The lift off canister is a game changer. Once I got the hang out how it worked, it was easy to maneuver, to attach and remove. The canister is light and the hose long and the handle comfortable to hold. The attachments are perfect for vents, baseboards, corners and cracks. The pet roller is great for cleaning steps and heavy pet traffic areas. The suction is incredible. It cleaned my carpets so well, I had to empty the canister 4 times before I was done. My carpet stood up again instead of being matted down. The canister is easy to empty and clean, and the roller didn't have my long hair, the cat or the dog's hair stuck in it either. I dont love how little the canister holds, the buttons on the tank took time getting used to, and theres no button to recline the vacuum, you just pull it back, but the last two get easier over time, and none outweigh how much I love how this thing cleans. All in all I recommend this to anyone, eith or without pets. It cleans beautifully, looks nice and modern, and it is easy to clean. The anti allergen filters are great, and my carpets haven't looked this nice since before I had kids. Thank you Bisseel and Steller Panel!

This the best upright vacuum cleaner I ever purchased & I would definitely buy again. It's easy to dump the dirt & love the handle were it easily comes out plus the pet earser it's better then last one I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the best & worst feature is the headlight because it shows the debris and then shows that it did NOT vacuum up 90% debris. Vacuum with out brush even worse, rolls over fur and leaves it! Awful vacuum. False claims.

Great Value for the Price

I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a Shiba Inu that constantly sheds. I am always using our more expensive vacuum and getting buckets and buckets of fur. I tested out the Bissell Multiclean Allergen Lift-OFF Pet Vacuum after going over my carpet once with my more expensive vacuum. I was surprised to see that the Bissell cleaned up even more fur from my carpet than my other vacuum. It did a better job eliminating pet hair. I liked that I could adjust the vacuum to a lower height so that the brush could get deeper into the carpet. I thought the ability to lift off the top of the canister to clean in harder to reach areas was so helpful. I vacuumed my stairs so easily without having to drag the entire vacuum up and down the stairs. I also took the vacuum outside to my car and the lift-off canister was a huge help there too. In regards to the sealed HEPA allergen system, I'm not sure if I could tell if it's helpful or not. I just assume that it works well. The brush roll works very well and moves easily. My hair does not get tangled in the brush and stays on the roll like my other vacuum. One of my favorite features of the vacuum was the adjustable vacuum height for the different surfaces as well as the long cord so that I could vacuum without continuing to unplug and replug in the vacuum. The vacuum did not roll as easily as my other more expensive vacuum, and felt a little clunkier and the parts (such as buttons and accessories) felt cheaper; but overall, this vacuum is a great value for the price. If you are looking for a less expensive vacuum that does a great job in picking up pet hair, I would recommend this.

I would not buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this less than 4 months ago. On weekly vacuuming, I wipe out the tank from a great deal of dust and wash the filters. The last two weeks the brush roller has stopped turning while trying to vacuum the rugs. Taking it apart, I find a large amount of pet hair tangled around both ends of the "Tangle Free" roller. I get half the house done and then I have to take the vacuum apart and clean the hair before I continue
