[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well with my allergies and disabilities it cleans up great after my pets currently 3 cats and two humans. I struggle with balance and muscle control I have C.P. (Cerebral Palsy) The flexibility of this machine from an upright to a light canister vacuum with great suction and easy clean up is great for stairs and upholstery. I also clean it out with my small air compressor so all the yuck goes into the trash and out of my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a couple of months but I really like this vacuum. It has really good suction and picks up everything that needs to be picked up. It's not to hard to maneuver and I don't have to empty the cup all the time.It picks up the dog hair and I love that it is a HEPA enclosed machine. I have lung issues and sneeze when there is to much dust when sweeping, but I don't have this problem with this vacuum. And I love the long cord it has. I can pretty much take it through my whole house and only unplug once to another room. One thing I don't care for is if there is hair/lint caught up in the top of the cup you have to place your hand in the cup and unscrew the separator to get the rest of the hair out. I don't like putting my hand in a dirty cylinder. The other thing I don't care for is if you need to us a short part of the handle you have to use the hose. It does not have a short handle that attaches to the long handle. I'm afraid that in due time it will break or become loose from the vacuum cleaner itself. It feels a little cheap in that part. But all in all I really do like this vacuum.

This vacuum is great, don't get me wrong, I love a Bissel Vacuum but shouldn't have to buy one every 3-4yrs. I love that they are massive animal supporters but each vacuum needs to do EXACTLY what it says. If it says it is tangle free, make sure it's tangle free. I don't have super long hair but it's not short either, and it wraps around the main brushes easily which I have to pull out once a month, even the pet brush gets MAJOR tangles in it and it stops working. I managed to fix it (after the first use) and I had the same issue with my old one. It's also heavy!! I'm not weak, my hubby who is very strong even said the vacuum is heavy. Heavier than our old Bissel which wasn't as nice as this but...close. Literally my only cons so don't let that put you off, it does what it says for the most part: vacuums well, easy to maneuver as the head turns more, the light is helpful and it is easier to function than previous. Plus the lift off makes things SO much easier and the allergen filters are great. Would recommend :) If these vacuums were tested a bit more, they'd be perfect.

Anyway my carpet looks so good after I vacuum as we have a Beagle and vacuum every other day to keep the dog hair up and this really works. If you are looking for a good vacuum this is the one you need. You won't regret it.

Suction is subpar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used the vacuum for the first time today and the suction is terrible. I had to go extremely slowly over all surface types in my home (low-pile rug, hardwood, and tile) in order to get anything up. I love the light on the end, but it only highlighted the hair on my wood floors that I had to sweep over 5 times (before it even got half of what was there)! I thought it might just be in my head and decided to use the wand. That is when I could really feel the poor suction. Super frustrating. I've watched videos, completed the suction trouble shooting provided on a comment from 6 days ago... nothing is helping. Maybe it was a bad batch, because older reviews are really positive, but this seems to be a trend with more recent ones?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
