It is powerful, amazing the amount of dust and pet hair it lifts off carpets ( that I thought were clean from frequent vacuuming with old vacuum.) Also cord is very long so don't have to move to different plugs when doing larger area. The LED lights show all the dust and pet hairs on the floor that need to be vacuumed. Love the lift off canister so I can vacuum stairs and furniture, & high places with the wand. Also HEPA filtration which I'm sure makes for healthier vacuuming. The canister is so easy to empty and is easy to clean. This vacuum has so many good features. The only thing I would change is to have it be able to vacuum under bed and end tables. The floor/ carpet head is too large to maneuver under those pieces. Otherwise, I think this is a great vacuum and value.

5 months and the brush stopped

I bought this because I figured it could handle my dog hair load of 3 big dogs. 5 months out the brush stopped spinning. Customer service is terrible. You have to send them your broken machine before they will even fathom sending you your new one. So now I have to wait weeks to vacuum my floors because they won't ship until I ship my broken one in. And they won't send it faster it will take 7-10 days. FedEx does not pick up on the weekends so here I sit with no vacuum and 3 big dogs because they cannot stand behind their broken product and send me one that works. 5 months of using it 1-2 times a week is not that hard on a machine. I am truly disappointed. I dont think I will be buying Bissell again!! And it's not the products as much as it is the customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get such a satisfied feeling seeing the accumulated dust in the clear collector container! I love the interchangeable nozzles. That said, I do think the wheels, although covered in firm rubber, aren't good on hardwood floors. It feels like it could scratch the floor and the rubber coating isn't thick or soft enough.

With two kids running in and out of the house and our giant yellow lab shedding constantly, we need a serious vacuum. The Bissell does the trick with it's intense roller brush and the proof is in the canister after every run. It's gross yet satisfying to see all of that dirt and hair collected. I love that it doesn't stir up my allergies like other vacuums and that it has a removable canister to reach all the tricky spots. The one drawback is the weight. No problem for me, but hard for my 7-year-old to maneuver, so no help from her with this job. Thanks to Stellar for letting me test this product.

The Bissell MultiClean Allegren Lift Off Pet Vacuum is vacuum that help get pet hair off your floors and the allergens out of the air. This Bissell MultiClean Allegren Lift Off Pet Vacuum does require some assembly, but it very easy to assemble. It only took me couple of minutes to put it together. This vacuum comes with two tools. One for the furniture and one to get in very small spaces. It has a washable HEPA filter and easy to dispense canister. This vacuum also two functions for carpets. One for plush carpets and one low carpet. It has has an option to use the tangle free roll Bush or not. This vacuum is also light weight compare to other corded vacuums. I have been using the Bissell MultiClean Allegren Lift Off Pet Vacuum for about a week now. I found this vacuum to vacuum easily on carpet and furniture. It did not work to well on bare floors. Although it did a nice job on my carpets and furniture. It removed pet hair and dirt. When vacuuming there was no dust that flew in the air because of HEPA filter. The removable wand was easy to remove from the vacuum and attached the tools. Although I wish the wand was a little more flexible so I stretch a little further. My overall experience with the Bissell MultiClean Allegren Lift Off Pet Vacuum was pretty positive. My favorite was the washable HEPA filter, very minimal dust, the tangle free roller brush, got the pet hair and dirt from the carpet and furniture and overall claims were accurate. I would definitely recommend and buy again. I received this product free as part of the Stellar Parent Panel.

It's hard to keep up with the shedding of four Collies but this vacuum is a life saver. I bought this for the claims of tangle free rollers and it delivered, haven't had to clean the roller once. Definitely a product that makes life easier.
