[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the MultiClean Allergen Lift Off machine and was very satisfied with the online experience with Bissell. The machine was shipped and received in a timely manner. This unit was my fourth purchase of a Bissell product. I have had 2 carpet cleaners and 2 vacuums. I have been very satisfied with all the products and will purchase again if needed. The things I noticed about this unit compared to my last unit (which still works by the way) is that it is much lighter. I am older and live in a tri-level home so the weight is very important to me. Also the swivel head is convenient. They moved the power button and the brush rotation down on the unit so I have to do more bending but the floor type lever is more convenient. I wish all those buttons could be up high for easier reach. With all that I would rate this vacuum very high. I will order with Bissell again in the future if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used daily in my house, mostly non-carpet floors. Have no pets. I did not buy it because of pet hair but because of just plain old dirt. The one thing I don't like about it is the cord is at least twice as short as my other vac, exact same one, just a couple years older. Also, I wish you would make this model with edge cleaners. I like the light and of course the lift off feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 5 dogs so I vacuum 4-5 times a week. I love that this vacuum cleaner is light weight and quiet. I don't however like the length of the cord, I thought it was 30 feet but I have to plug it 5 different times to do my whole house. To solve that I had to attach a 10 foot extension cord.

Outlet cord is way too short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard rating this vacuum because the suction is good and I really like how the light illuminates the dust. However, the cord is crazy short and I need to change which outlet it's plugged into MULTIPLE times to get a single room cleaned. With my last vacuum I could clean multiple rooms without changing the outlet so this Bissell has slowed down my cleaning time, which is extremely frustrating. Only buy this vacuum if you live in a very small space. I'm very disappointed because I've previously had good experiences with Bissell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
