I can empty the chamber easily and replace it. I love this more than my Dyson . I highly recommend it to anyone with pets .

This model's suction is robust and really does the job. Its power floor nozzle clearly lifts up dug-in human and pet hair from rugs/carpet. Bag-free canister empties dirt and scraps easily and neatly. Quiet operation. Inexplicably, no operation manual was enclosed and I'd still like to have one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has terrible suction on carpet. I had to go over and over the carpet and it barely picked up. Works better on bare floors. I have a two story and wanted a machine for both levels. My carpets have high pile and this machine had good reviews, but I dont comprehend how. I think companies create false reviews. My old Shark vacuum has 10 times the suction power. Dissapointed in Bissel, will not buy another product from them ever!

It has strong suction and works well on all surfaces. It's heavy but pulls pretty easily. The filtering system seems to work nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only just received this vacuum and getting used to it. So far so good only after 2 uses. I do have a couple of comments that I would like to get answers to. Now, I have just ordered the Per Hair Eraser after using a Dyson Animal canister and after 7 years the motor died. So I decided to get this Bissell. I would love to have an on board attachment holder for the two extra tools. This may be a small issue, but every vacuum I have had in the past had them. Plus, I would like more tool extras. Like a slim line brush for hard wood floors. The Dyson had a good one, and the Bissell head is to wide or high to get into some spaces. Like next to the toilet, or in between or under furniture. Plus I would like a soft dusting bush. The brush that came with the vacuum is stiff, this is great for the pet hair on furniture. These are two items I am really missing from my Dyson. I really hope your Bissell team will take my advise. I would like to get these items. Of course, the parts don't fit from one brand to the other. So please, Bissell, again, a slim line floor attachment and a soft dusting brush. Please get back to me. I do like the 5 year warranty. I do expect more than 5 years. So time will tell.
