[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three dogs, one being a long-haired dog. I purchased this vacuum cleaner based on its reviews and the brush being advertised as tangle-free. The vacuum is a bit bulky but I have no issues with that since my house is bigger. I especially appreciate the long cord that does not require constant unplugging and plugging into another outlet. The issue I have with this vacuum is every time I vacuum, I end up with a clog that I have to find somewhere within the vacuum system - either the hose, the filter, within the vacuum housing itself. It gets old having to take this vacuum apart every time I vacuum. The problem is my long-haired dog and its hair clogging up the system. Very good vacuum cleaner but the clogging problem is getting frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Bissell vacuum cleaner I can get under my beds and dressers without a problem and disconnect the power head to use the attachments with ease. It has great suction and picks up a lot of dirt and the lights on the powerhead are awesome! There are only two small things that I'm not fond of one is the crevice tool and the dust brush has no place to hook on the machine and the second is the power head doesn't stand up very good they do have a slot to hook it in but I don't like it. Other than that it is the best vacuum I've had and I don't even have a pet! "#SWEEPSTAKES"

I did a lot of research before buying this vacuum because I have two dogs and wanted a vacuum that didn't clog up easily. Well, I've only used it twice and had to take the hose apart to remove the pet hair that was stuck inside. The vacuum does clean dog beds very well and it shuts off the second I start vacuuming the dog beds. It also doesn't come with many attachment to clean other surfaces. It's loud and not easy to maneuver. You can't do stairs easily with it and the only option is to use the tiny attachment which makes cleaning stairs time-consuming. There is also no area to store the attachments. It doesn't become with extra filters, so if you run into problems and need to wash the filters, you can't use the vacuum for 24 hours till filters have dried.. The hose is also flimsy and if it gets twisted, the suction will stop. I would definitely not recommend buying this vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
