[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Pet Hair Eraser last week. Assembly could not have been any easier. You immediately feel the resistance from the wand on the carpet. This is the immense vacuum pulling the wand to the floor. My previous vacuum was a high end Shark. I could not finish three rooms without stopping to remove hair tangled onto the brush. This Bissell made the entire house, two bedrooms, three offices, and our daycare. Not one strand of tangled hair. I strongly recommend the Pet Hair Eraser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does a wonderful job picking up the pet hair from the hardwood floors and the carpets. I was a little embarrassed the first time I used it, since I had just vacuumed with my old one and the BISSELL picked up SO much. It's hard to push on the carpeting. It would probably be easier if the height could be adjusted. I like not having to switch anything to go from the area rug/carpets to the hardwood floors.

I like that I can use it on both rug and hard floor without changing attachments. I do wish it came with a smaller hard floor attachment though to get in smaller spaces. It's light and easy to move around so my kids can maneuver it well. Overall a good vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I got asked to do this testing I was struggling with what vacuum to buy. At this point my old dyson was on its last legs and I bought 2 vacuums over a period of a month and returned both as I was not happy. So when I was asked to test and review the Bissell Pet hair Eraser I was absolutely thrilled as it couldn't of come at a better time. When I opened the box I was a little reluctant at first when I seen a canister thinking it was going to be awkward to use. But I was SOOOOO wrong. it rolls with ease and the caster does not get in the way. I was able to snap it together in no time . I loved discovering the little headlights !!!! such a plus to have. And the retractable cord is very handy., which brings me to problems I have had in the past with retractable cords... I haven't used this long enough but hoping the retractable part holds up.. okay back to the good stuff... Auto floor type recognition how cool is that..... Having the self calibration mode is amazing from when I go from wood floors , to carpet to ceramic floor. it has a 40Ft operationg radius which allows me to reach those cob webs, and tops of my paintings..and also blinds. Im excited about the tangle free brush, I work with alot of sewing threads,yarns etc so im forever trying to untangle all that from my old vacuums. Well so far im in LOVE with this vacuum and its a keeper. I will be using it for a big house clean shortly and will let you know how it does.. so bye for now and hugs and kisses to Bzz for giving me this opportunity...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum went to together quickly and easily which I liked. I can't say enough about how well the Bissell works all over my home once I discovered the auto feature and the super long cord! What a joy to be able to clean full sections of my home without having to adjust the vacuum setting because this beauty automatically senses the type of floor it's on and adjusts to it AND the super long cord means no more unplugging at odd times. LOVE IT! Another huge plus is how far the Bissell reaches under furniture to get at all those dust bunnies you don't want to know you have! I thought I was doing a fairly decent job of cleaning my hard to reach spots, but I've been shown that I haven't been reaching as far as I thought with my regular vacuum's attachments. This vacuum means business when it comes to picking up hair, any kind of hair! It cleaned the family bathroom floor no problem! This bathroom is usually full of my daughter's long hair and the cat's hair because she sleeps on the rug! The attachments with extension wand are also making short work of cleaning the ceiling fans! It is so EASY with this vacuum! The only negatives are it takes some getting used to pulling a canister behind you as you vacuum and it takes up a bit more space in my closet, that's it. Otherwise this vacuum will make me retire my old upright one. Because of these two small cons, I give the Bissell pet hair eraser a 4 out of 5 stars! I would HIGHLY Recommend this vacuum for anybody with kids and pets! Thank you so much for the opportunity to try this amazing product!
