I love it! It works great, has a nice long cord and hose. It's great that you can see everything it picks up in the canister (makes it look like you haven't vacuumed in a long time LOL) The dusting brush and crevice tool are very tiny!!!! I wish they would make a separate pet hair tool for this for use on furniture, pet beds etc.

This vac works really, really well. It has a LOT of suction. Sometimes too much so that it is difficult to move. Love that I can get under just about all my furniture. The only negative is I have tools from an earlier upright Bissel that I wish were interchangeable with the canister

I have arthritis in my hands and while the vacuum cleaner is perfect in every other way, it is EXTREMELY difficult to open the trap door to empty the canister.

Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Bissell Pet Hair Eraser vacuum has such great potential. I was excited to get it and try it out. With three cats and a family, it's a must to keep up with cleaning, including the floors. It was easy to assemble. However, after looking it over and in the manual given, I could not find where the plug was to use it. It was not listed in the manual. I could not find a video for this particular Bissell model online anywhere so I had to call Bissell customer service to find out. One customer service rep read from the manual like reading a script, which did not help. I then talked to another rep who asked for photos of the vacuum and from there we both were able to figure out where the plug was hidden. I am including pictures so other buyers of this vacuum will know for future reference. The things I did not like: The size of this vacumm is bulky and takes up alot of space. The motor/bottom part flips over a lot while moving it around the room to sweep. I really think having to carry it everytime I used it, by the handle would be a pain. If you have a small place and/or a lot of furniture, it is hard to move around, this may not best Bissell vacuum for that. You use much force of your body to push it from corner to corner/room to room. After sweeping over the same carpeted room a couple times, it hardly cleaned up any pet hair or dirt. I actually had to use my other upright vacuum not a Bissell to sweep the floor correctly. The motor in this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser is just not strong enough to handle multiple pets/ a busy home/picking up people hair. I feel if they work on the motor this could be a winner eventually. Now The things I liked about this Bissell Pet Eraser Vacuum: It was easy to assemble, the retractable cord is awesome, and the size of the canster that holds the swept up dirt. Overall, this new Bissell vacuum model does have the potential to be great but needs a little work to get there. This would be ideal for big spaces/bigger homes or with a one pet home. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really shocked of the high quality. My Dyson died suddenly and I had to get a vacuum quickly. Best decision! A third of the price of a Dyson, and better suction and pet hair management.
