[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, super quiet and gets under furniture. And has awesome suction. My apartment has never been so fresh smelling! I'm finally getting the rest of my German shepherd out of the carpet. Also never realized that the cats shed so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 dogs, 1 with a double coat, 2 Maine coon cats and a parrot who makes a huge mess! I also have high Beamed ceilings. I vacuumed constantly and my house never looked clean. I would find hair everywhere! This vaccine is a dream come true, it has so much power, it's light and has a really long handle that reaches everywhere. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is a big plus bc my dogs are rescues and the two from a Texas were barn dogs and are really afraid of the vacuum (I'm assuming they never heard one before) they are much more relaxed with this vacuum. I can't say enough good about it, love the way it works, it's very cool looking too. If I were to make any suggestions it would be to find a way to on board the tools, but honestly it really doesn't bother me. Love, love, love this vaccine!

*I have owned this vacuum for a couple months now. I have a house with high pile carpet and a wooly husky who never stops shedding. This picks up his hair great and even gets dirt you didn't realize was there. My favorite parts are that I have never had to clean anything off the rollers and the button that retracts the power cord. The only problems I've had with this is emptying the canister and the adjustable part. The canister is not easy to empty, I have to hold the button down and help the bottom open. Maybe my canister is defective? I also have problems with my dog's hair getting stuck in the part that is adjustable. Sometimes his hair gets stuck where the 2 "tubes" meet and then everything get backed up in there and I have to dig it out. Besides these 2 issues, I'm happy with my purchase.

good, but needs storage for accessories

we have a black cat and a white dog. worst of all we have a 14 year old. this vaccuum works great. its a little heavy, but its powerful. it does well going up the carpeted stairs, but the power head is heavy. my only real criticism is that there is nowhere to store the 2 included attachment accessories.

Dirt canister won't open

The head doesn't adjust to surfaces well but suction makes up for that. Good sweeper if not for having to pry open the dirt canister to empty it. Creates quite the mess. On the verge of returning it unless Bissell can do something to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has good suction, is easy to pick up and easy to empty. There's no way to keep the attachments with the vacuum and it doesn't come with an upholstery attachment. Which for something that is designed with pet owners in mind seems like a big oversight. My floors are pretty clean but all the furniture is covered in fur.
