Keeps shutting off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got mine today and every single time I have used it, it shuts off and a blue light blinks on the back. I will be contacting customer service in the morning. Not what I was expecting.

Replacement filters no longer available. Do not buy this vac

I do not usually post reviews, but I am so angry that I decided that I must. This vac was purchased new from Canadian Tire one year ago and Bissell no longer can supply the foam and felt filters for the tank lid as I have been told that this vac has been discontinued. I have a house with wall to wall carpeting. This vac must be completely taken apart each time it is used and thoroughly washed. When the filters that came with this vac are no longer able to be used I will have to buy a new vac and it will not be a Bissell for sure. I think that a company as large as Bissell should continue to carry replacement filters and parts for their products for many years in the future. Just because you discontinue a product does not mean stores are not still selling it. You cannot expect to keep customers if you do not support your products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe suitable for an open floor plan with no separate rooms. Maverability was horrible. Suction from hose could not pick up a 2x2inch piece of foam. The carpet suction appeared to be a 5-6 out of a ten. But you literally have to push and pull the carpet head with force. Heck I am in shape and it hurt my back after 10 mins. .
