Singer is Junk

Used mainly for two layers of silk, had machine repaired 3 times in seven months. Singer is no help, promised to cover return shipping from authorized service center 100 miles away and didn't follow through. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

AMB, we are sorry that the Council Bluffs service center did not abide by the terms of the Extended Warranty Customer Care provided you. They should not have charged you for return shipping. Unfortunately you contacted our department after you had already paid the return shipping. We are working with our Service Manger to have this sort of issues resolved.

Horrible Product

Machine constantly falls out of time. Set screws can't hold it. I have never finished anything without having to reset the timing.

John sorry you are having issues with the 4411. Timing issues are often caused by sewing over pins, turning the handwheel backward, breaking needles, using too thick of thread which may cause nesting in the bobbin case area, etc. What type of sewing are you doing?

I bought the Heavy duty 4411 machine 3 days ago, I like it but inside there was nothing about these things ...General Purpose Foot, Zipper Foot, Buttonhole Foot, Button Sewing Foot, Edge/Quilting Guide, Pack of Needles, Bobbins (Class 15 transparent), Spool Caps, Auxiliary Spool Pin, Spool Pin Felt, Screwdriver, Seam Ripper/Lint Brush and Soft Dust Cove

I love this machine.It Sews Sews and Sews some more .I clean the bobbin ever time I need new bobbin it Sews through heavy and light fabrics it is nice. I did not know it is that this a super heavy weight machine I bought it somewhere else but am happy I did buy it

Good machine, horrible terrible no good manual

Machine is fast and reliable.. I agree with other reviewers, that the needle threading takes some maneuvering due to small space. The manual is a joke-so much absent information.

I love this machine! My mom and sister's bought it for me for Christmas a few years ago since I love seeing and I am trying to learn to see my own garments and getting into quilting as well. I only wish there was a way to sew not quite so fast, as it can be overwhelming as a beginner seamstress!
