This machine works great it definitely goes through multiple layers of material and really tough things. The only thing I don't like about it is that there's no line on the foot to line the needle up with to be center. There is a line but because of its design the needle always looks off center. Also, I don't like that I have to take the bobbin cover off completely to get the bobbin in or out

i was so excited about my sewing machine and i just couldn't get the tension right on the thread. I watched videos and couldn't figure it out, their support took WEEKS to get back to me and wasn't helpful other than to suggest a return or exchange. I returned it and bought a different sewing machine from a small individually owned shop in my area.

I bought this machine a couple years ago and love it. My sister then bought one because she quilts and loves it as well. So when my Grandaughter called and told me she wanted to learn and was going to buy a used one I immediately bought and her one for her Christmas gift. She is using it. She made her first baby quilt for her best friend with no experience on machine. She loves it too. It's so easy to operate.
