Having never used a machine before, I had trouble figuring out how to pull up the bobbin thread. But one really great thing about Singer machines is there are a lot of tutorials online. And in this glorious age of YouTube, it's better to go online and watch a demo than try to read an instruction manual. As a beginner, it's way more machine than I really needed. But it's solid enough to last a lifetime.

I'm happy with the machine it's working perfectly for what I use it for. Customer service is non-existent I have been waiting over three weeks for a response despite multiple emails.

I was sewing face masks for my community when my sewing machine broke. I found this machine on the webpage and ordered it right away. Much to my delight, the machine arrived in just five days. It was very easy to setup with no problems. I found the bobbin easy to use and the machine easy to thread. My former sewing machine struggled to sew multiple layers on the face mask. I am very impressed with the ease of how this machine sews through layers of material my former machine struggled to sew through. I could not be happier with my machine and look forward to many years of sewing beautiful things.
