I have enjoyed working with my sewing machine so far, only thing I wish I would have got a neddle threader on it. Neddle is hard to thread eye is very small.
This machine sucks. I am fighting to glide the fabric through and the motor sounds like it is dying. Trying to return it but Singer has not replied to my email for a return label. After the disappointment with my last Singer machine, I may have to move on to another brand.
Just received this a couple weeks ago. Using it to work on quilts. The only issue I have is that the thread keeps getting wrapped around the take up lever so I have to stop in the middle of my project to unwrap it and rethread the needle.
I've been making a lot of masks lately, and had to get a new sewing machine when my old one stopped working. This machine has a nice, low price, and it handles high speed and multiple layers much better than other machines I've tried, and it doesn't make too much noise. I'm glad I was able to get one of these.
I love this machine! I threw off the timing of my other singer and didn't really have anywhere to go to get it fixed at this time and so I move forward and purchase this one so that I would still be able to work... It is super easy to use if you're a beginner and still sturdy and experienced for an advance sewer. It is extremely quiet and efficient! I have only used it a few times (I've only had it for a couple weeks) but I am extremely happy this far. It is super slow through thin parts of fabric and just smooth through the thicker.
