Simple. Small. Solid. Has a light to indicate when its surge suppression capability has been used up. I use it as a convenient and dependable surge protector for my expensive electronic drums both at home and at playing locations. The USB ports make it easy to hook up an iPad without using up any of the outlets. I didn't realize its suppression capacity was only 1050 Joules when I purchased it, but since the light tells when it's used up, I'll know when it needs replacing. I feel good knowing my equipment is well protected.
