On the downside, and its a big one; The laptop was shipped, and almost 3 weeks later, their system still says it isn't shipped, and my warranty is still pending. Lenovo, you have to do better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great performance and comfortable touchpad. Great battery life and the battery bypass feature is greatly appreciated to reduce battery wear when on the charger for prolonged periods of time. Great screen, oled is vibrant but somewhat reflective and creates a slight rainbow halo effect. The keyboard backlight is slightly uneven and on the dimmer side when using it in a not fully dark room. Not both USB-C ports are thunderbolt 4, and only 1 usb-a port on the right side of the laptop. Wifi performance is great and there is little flex when held with one hand on the corner. On the heftier side in terms of weight, great security including pre-desktop fingerprint authentication and startup password. Personally, I dislike the call buttons on the F9-F11 buttons as they are not reprogram-able natively and link to Microsoft Teams. Numpad has a great typing feel and I got used to the keyboard immediately. The speakers are very much below average with zero base, but it is functional for voice calls. The webcam is outstanding at capturing faces. The fan does rev up quite fast and is loud when under load, but only when on best performance. When on best energy efficiency or if energy saver is turned on, the fan is active, but cannot be heard. Overall, it is a great machine and flaws that I can live with.

It was cheap feeling, never worked right and the power cord wouldn't stay in. This computer has solved ALL these problems and the value was out of this world, catching it on sale so much!

So far, so great! My last two Dells were total wastes of money, and for what I paid for them, I could have had a very good Lenovo, had I just known how great they are. This computer was on sale and I can't say enough how happy I am with this computer for what I paid for it!
