eceived this as a Christmas Gift, probably because we eat lots of grains. I've made Coucous, pilaf and risotto and all come out very moist and delicious. Good gift idea for a vegetarian

My fav pot for making steel cut oatmeal, cous cous and rice. Comes out perfectly every time! The spikes on the lid inside make for super moist meals. Easy clean up - just soak and wash out. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.
I would recommend this to a friend!
