great prep knife

This is such a useful knife at a great price. The forged German steel and Spanish construction make a strong blade that is very sharp. It stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. The size of the blade is perfect for all smaller prep of vegetables and herbs. I like how the handle is offset allowing me to work with it easily in hand or on a cutting board. It really fits the space in my collection between my paring knife and chefs knife well.

Great Small Knife

The prep knife is such a great size and shape. It can handle your small fruits and vegetables but with it's curved blade it can take larger chopping jobs as well.
Classic is an awesome knife line; it's as close as you can get to the Pro knives made in Germany, at a fraction of the cost. They are super sharp, stay sharp and are very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Classic prep knife is a great in between size blade. It can be used like a paring knife and the wide heel of blade makes for easy chopping on the cutting board. Traditional three riveted handle and forged bolster provide added control.

This lighter weight Classic prep knife is one of the knives I think are essential in the kitchen. The handle is really comfortable and the steel stays mega sharp for a long time. It can easily tackle any medium-sized prep task.
