Great prep knife

Great starter prep knife. The handle meets the blade well and provides a comfortable feel in hand. The steel is nice and durable, providing great cuts and slices for your food prep. This is a great small blade, big enough to cut through big pieces of fruit or veggies, but small enough that it’s not overly daunting of a blade size. A great knife to be able to use on a cutting board as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife with a full tang. The handle has a nice heft to it. Cuts cleanly. Huge upgrade from the knives that I have been using which were pretty and colorful until the paint started chipping off the blades! Will never gave to worry about that with this knife.

Spanish made prep knife!

This knife is perfect prepping helper, great for cutting and slicing not so big food. Its precision cutting edge ensure will slice through meat effortless and will chop really well. This knife works too for vegetables, bread and fruits. This Spanish made blade is fully forged construction, lightweight, flexible and durable.

Useful for longer and larger vegetables and fruits. You will not shed a tear slicing an onion. It's super sharp,durable and well balanced.
