I was using a dull and dated knife so rather than trying to salvage the blade I went out and bought a new one. Wow. I’m glad I did. I love this knife and fully plan on finishing the set. It cuts so smoothly and you can feel the quality and durability. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
