I finally have my dream kitchen tool! This knife was a gift. It has opened my eyes to how much joy I have missed in the kitchen with cheap knives. I love the circular handle. I, of course, love the blade. The level of “sharp” is untouchable. So pleased with Miyabi! Can’t wait for my next purchase.

We got this knife as a gift from our wedding registry, and wow, it is worth every penny! It cuts through everything like butter. I compared it to my old knife, and there’s no competition. This one is so smooth and easy to maneuver, while my old knife would cut through the same thing but squish it along the way. The handle is also incredibly comfortable. I don’t know how I ever cooked without this knife in my kitchen!

As usual, Miyabi has crafted a wonderful knife. Handle feels very natural and balanced in the hand. Cuts spectacularly well. We have high hopes for the durability of the SG2 blade steel.

Love the blade shape and sharpness is great out of the box! I prefer the handle shape of the artisan series to some other knives I've tried in the past.

This is easily the nicest knife I have ever even touched. So sharp out of the box it glides through whatever you’re cutting like butter. The construction is amazing quality, balance is perfect right at the notch, not to mention both the blade and handle are absolutely beautiful
