Hammered finish of the razor sharp blade provides air pockets allowing food to release from blade with each use. Handle designed in Rosewood has a comfortable shape for effortless cutting. Added details with red and brass spacers. A real beauty!

Beautiful Knife, Excellent Performance

This is a gorgeous knife, but more importantly it's a very versatile knife. I took a knife skills class and discovered a Rocking Santoku lets you use the knife two ways. You can chop with this knife, or use the rocking motion to slice and dice your products. Veggies slides off this knife easily.

I absolutely LOVE this knife. It for one is beautiful. The mirrored look on the blade is amazing, helping really release any food off the blade as you slice or chop your food. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and makes for a comfort experience as I chop and cut produce. I love the rock on this knife, it does such a great job mincing up herbs. The knife is sharp and durable, what more can you want in a knife!

I love everything about this blade. So comfortable, super sharp. I get to chop and rock with this stunning blade. 7" is also a perfect size for my daughter. She can easily handle this knife!!

This knife is worth every penny! It has a SG2 steel center that creates an amazing sharp edge. Prepping anything is a breeze. The handle is shaped perfectly and would fit in anyone's hand. All this and beautiful too.

This knife is perfection. From the SG2 powder steel core to the Tushime hammered finish. This knife is razor sharp due to the steel used and the ice-hardening process, cryodur, which hardens the knives to a whopping 63! Super sharp, super durabile, and stunning. This is my favorite Miyabi knife

Miyabi Artisan is my fav line from Miyabi. I love the belly on the handle, it fits perfectly in my hand. The SG2 Steel retains an edge for an incredibly long time. I haven't had any chipping issues! PLUS its just beautiful!!
