Beautiful knife!!!!!

My husband bought the Miyabi 600 7” Rocking Santoku for my birthday and this is now my most favorite go-to knife. Beautiful to look at and beautiful to handle.

Sharpest knife in the world

I have had this knife now for two years, it is the best made and sharpest knife I have ever held in my hands. Get this knife to last you forever and be a cherished keepsake to pass down to you future generations!!!

Super sharp plus handsome

Using a couple weeks now. Love it. Small pleasures in life can make a difference! Still super sharp. Maybe difficult to sharpen since it is very hard. I haven't had to yet.

You can pretty much drop this knife over any veggie and it'll cut through it. The handle is natural to the hand and rests barely against the wrist for added leverage. The blade is in balance with the handle for ideal control and consistent cuts. The steel of the blade is night and day compared to the cheaper fusion series and even sounds cleaner and less crunchy when chopping stiff foods like carrots.
I would recommend this to a friend!
