[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had nice, sharp knives to use and while my knives worked "fine" I have long wanted an upgraded Santoku and Chef's knives for when I'm working in the kitchen. These knives are not only stunningly beautiful works of art, they out-perform any knives I've ever used! They were worth every penny!

I have 3 other Miyabi knives and I’m slowly collecting them for my kitchen needs. Very sharp, holds its edge for a very long time and works flawlessly in the kitchen making it more enjoyable to prep and prepare for my family.
