This is exactly what I needed to start my collection. The knife is very well balanced and performs like a dream. I'll be adding to this collection with more knives from Miyabi, that's an easy decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is it beautiful it is so effective. I did a “test” with every other knife I own, and I’ve spent some money on knives. None were as easy or quick as this knife.

My favorite Christmas gift!

My husband bought me this knife for Christmas and WOW what a beautiful work of art! This knife is light and fits perfectly in my hand. Since it’s been professionally sharpened, it is effortless to use. I had no idea what a difference having a knife like this would be until I now have THIS as a a comparison! I’m so excited to use this every day!
