Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally made the move and invested in some nice cutlery. Actually purchased the 7PC Artisan set and extremely happy the way they perform. Nice edge and maintenance is easy as can be!

This knife is graceful and efficient in both its style and function. I think most of us average home cooks don’t realize how a good knife transforms the experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't recall having a greater sense of control and cutting accuracy as I felt when first using my new Miyabi Artisan 7-inch Rocking Santoku. The sense of balance is just unbelievable, and knife edge silky smooth.

This is exactly what I needed to start my collection. The knife is very well balanced and performs like a dream. I'll be adding to this collection with more knives from Miyabi, that's an easy decision.
