Comfortable grip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The curve of the bottom of the handles fits nicely in my small hands. Great weight being it without it being too unwieldy. I’m not a professional chef so cannot give a great review about what this knife can do but…I absolutely love it. Great craftsmanship!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is very sharp and provides for a precision cuts in meats without ripping out the ends of the cuts. The rocking motion is kind on the wrist and provides the cut with little effort
