Miyabi Chef Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spent some time in Sur la table and looked through the knives with a specialist. After looking at a bunch I settled on the Miyabi. It is lightweight but high quality. Will be my favorite for a long time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Miyabi Artisan series. The knife is amazing quality. The bowed handle, in my opinion, is the best part. It really allows me to have a solid hold on the knife. It’s also beautiful and complimented whenever someone new comes to my kitchen :)
