Bought this for my thanksgiving list and it is so easy to use. It is easy to maintain once you season it correctly and don’t overcook the oil

A welcome addition to my cookware

Beautiful to look at and use! I took the time to season it and my first dish (fried rice) and it cooked perfectly. Looking forward to many more stir fries and upping my Asian cooking game!
