I love the look of this wok, and the material is fantastic for doing a stir fry as it heats up so quickly and evenly. Lovely to use.

Love this beautiful Wok

When I first opened the shipping box, the first word that came to mind was, Fancy. The carbon steel is sleek and the handles are beautiful. I appreciated the care video link that was sent with the purchase. I tried to season it with both Canola and olive oil. I noticed slight adhesion still. Looks very corrosive resistant. Preheating is a snap, even with electric coils. Seems like it would work best with gas stoves. Still very functional and a great addition. As far as economics it seats very well on the stove top and isn't tippy. The beautiful handles (walnut/dark poplar looking) don't transfer heat. So very safe. It steel again heats very quickly and should allow a nice crispness to needed recipes. Visually and texture... chef's kiss.

After preparing the wok for our first use (need to wait 24 hours) we finally made our first stir fry. The pan was very easy to use and the meal was delicious.
