Carbon Steel for ease and health

Very high quality materials and construction. This pan was easy to season using Zwilling's online video as a reference. Upgraded to this pan from a cheaper Teflon coated one and now feel better knowing that the carbon steel is free from forever chemicals.

High end wooden material

I like the wooden handle. Very sturdy and looks high end. Only short coming is it makes the wok not wash machine compatible. grazie mille

It is a beautiful finish and handle and not overtly heavy or light. Perfect feel. I fried some fish in it and it did not stick at all. Then I made some hot pot and it handles everything like a champ. Great all rounder.

Solid wok. It was a gift for Christmas and so far it’s been amazing. Easy to handle, tons of resources how to season, use and clean. It’s been fun to use and cook with. Also, solid construction.
