Solid wok with a sturdy lid. Perfect size for home stoves. Fits on our KitchenAid gas stove with the built in wok grate.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find the size of the wok was perfect. I was expecting it to be a lot bigger (twss). This is my first personal wok. I've worked in thai restaurants for almost 20 years, and I'm use to the woks that are double the size. This is perfect for home cooking. I'm still in the process of seasoning it, and forgot to order a bamboo brush to get the oil spread evenly. I will update my review when I actually use it.

The wok is built with premium carbon steel, it’s strong and lightweight in its class. The wok is easy to handle and conduct heat well. It needs normal handling of a steel wok, so don’t expect non-stick wok performance. But it’s better in my opinion than other stainless steel wok that I used. The lid is really nice and have match walnut lid handle with the wok handle.
