High end wooden material

I like the wooden handle. Very sturdy and looks high end. Only short coming is it makes the wok not wash machine compatible. grazie mille

Carbon Steel for ease and health

Very high quality materials and construction. This pan was easy to season using Zwilling's online video as a reference. Upgraded to this pan from a cheaper Teflon coated one and now feel better knowing that the carbon steel is free from forever chemicals.

Excellent finish and the perfect size for my kitchen. Also very easy to clean and store. Perfect for stir fry, braising and stewing, and even deep frying. Highly recommended product made by Zwilling!
