Handle and lid are great this wok is replacing my husband’s well used and loved wok of 50 years!

It’s not a non-stick surface which I prefer. The seasoning process and care directions need to be read carefully which I don’t mind.

After I seasoned the wok, it is great for stirfry with little sticking. Much better using a stainless steel wok.
